I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites Manchester Airport. The rooms were lovely and very clean, and the attentive staff made me feel right at home. The breakfast was great, but I wished they had made up my room earlier during my stay. I can't wait to return soon!
The hotel provided a great experience with clean and comfortable rooms and fantastic service, although the location was in an area with car dealerships and no nearby restaurants. The dining was excellent with a nice assortment, and the facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
I was eager to check into the hotel, but my excitement quickly faded as I entered the room. The strong odor that resembled a septic tank hit me immediately, making me long for the familiar comforts of a Holiday Inn and Suites. On top of that, the single bed wasn't going to cut it for my stay, leaving me somewhat disappointed.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The room was amazing, complete with a jacuzzi tub and a cozy fireplace, making it a wonderful way to end our vacation. However, it was a bit challenging to get the room to warm up. The service was fantastic, with very friendly and accommodating staff, although they forgot to replenish toiletries during our 3-night stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the interstate and situated in a clean, well-organized area. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with a great offer and a free raffle, but breakfast was not included. Overall, a great value for the money with excellent amenities.
